2nd September 2009 - Hunter Trials cancelled

We were due to host the Area 1 hunter trials qualifier on the 13th of September 2009. Unfortunately due to the odd shower we have been experiencing recently (more like a monsoon) we are unable to get a chance to prepare the course and also the parking of all the vehicles would just not be possible in the field normally used. We apologise sincerely to anyone who has entered and if you have sent an entry it will be returned. Also I would like to say a huge thanks to everyone who offered to help on the day or the run up to the event - you are all officially off the hook now but remember Combined Training season is fast apporaching we desperately need helpers for that. The cross country course at Titwood is still available for hire and the course itself will be fine its just not suitable for tractors and vehicles travelling all over it. Sorry to disappoint those who had entered and thanks to Louise and the teams for nearly representing Ayr there is always next year!!!! Hopefully we will get to run this event on the 28th March 2010 but that has to be confirmed.
